Loft conversion in Chingford

New enquiry regarding client looking for an experienced builder to fit a loft conversion with a reading corner.

Customer had almost zero experience of building regulations and ideas re possible solutions. Our service was to break down actual requirements from the customer as to not just what was needed but also why. Essentially an extra bedroom with en-suite creating an almost separate living accommodation for when her grandson visited with his partner.

Numerous design ideas were discussed and drawn out with the client taking her time to run through the possible solutions with her grandson. As with most clients the budget was vastly important not to be overstretched but the input from her grandson was clearly just as important. Meetings were held with Robbins Constructions project coordinator and both the client and grandson to ensure nothing was missed.

With our project coordinator managing the process from inception to completion the client could not have been more pleased with both the end result and more importantly the actual service provided throughout. (examples being disturbance to the customer kept to minimum/quality of finish as promised/timescales for all stages achieved).

So in contrast to some of our more larger projects the process of fitting the loft conversion was not too taxing but we ensured as with all our clients that they felt comfortable with all stages of the project with the end result being exactly what she had dreamt of.
