Unlike firms that 'float' managers between multiple sites, every Robbins Construction project is overseen by a dedicated on-site SMSTS manager who is present every day. This ensures your build complies with the highest UK health and safety regulations and technical codes without distraction.
3. Principal Contractor Insurance
We are fully insured to lead high-value residential and heritage builds. Our coverage includes comprehensive Public Liability and Employer’s Liability insurance, specifically tailored for Principal Contractor duties, including complex piling, structural steelwork, and deep-foundation renovations in dense urban enclaves like Highgate and Hampstead.
4. Site Handover & Continuity
Our relationship doesn’t end when the heavy machinery leaves. Because we operate on a One-Build schedule, we ensure a rigorous and structured handover process. We remain fully accountable and available post-completion, ensuring your investment is protected and the transition to your new space is technically flawless. We don't just "finish" a job; we ensure the structural integrity of the project is successfully transferred to you.

Insurance Backed Guarantee
An Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) is a guarantee issued by our insurance partner that will honor the terms of a warranty originally issued by Robbins Construction Ltd giving you peace of mind that in the unlikely event of any issues.
