Haringey Council Grants Hybrid Planning Permission for High Road West Tottenham

Haringey Council confirmed in August 2022 that Hybrid Planning Permission was granted for the High Road West regeneration scheme in North Tottenham. The project, in partnership with Lendlease, targets the delivery of over 2,600 new homes, with 40% designated as affordable housing.
The approval includes detailed consent for the first phase (Whitehall Mews) to deliver the initial council homes. This marks a significant milestone, allowing the council to proceed with the necessary steps, including the subsequent agreement to use Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) powers in November 2022 to progress Phase A (Love Lane Estate and surrounding properties).
