Hale Wharf and Walter Tull House Deliver Over 320 Council Homes in Tottenham Hale

High-Volume Delivery: Major Tottenham Hale Schemes Completed

The Tottenham Hale regeneration area reached a major completion milestone in late 2024.
The Hale Wharf development delivered 191 council homes at council rents, and the nearby Walter Tull House completed 131 council homes in July 2024.
These two projects alone contributed over 320 new properties, significantly accelerating the council’s progress toward having 2,000 homes either underway or completed against its 2031 target.
This concentration of new supply underscores the strategic importance of Tottenham Hale for high-volume housing delivery in Haringey.
