This project was a masterclass in custom design, stripping the property back to its shell to create a stunning, multi-level home that combines raw, industrial aesthetics with crisp, modern functionality.

Unlocking Height: Loft Conversion and Mezzanine Living
The central challenge and triumph of this project was unlocking the immense volume of the existing large loft space and integrating it into the living area.

Structural Redesign: We successfully managed the structural alterations required to open up the loft area entirely. A key feature was the design and installation of a new central staircase providing seamless access across all floor levels.

The Double-Height Void: To enhance the feeling of space and light, a mezzanine living space was created, intentionally left open to a dramatic double-height void above the dining area.
